Shipping policy

Once your order is submitted, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation means we have added your order to our production schedule. 

Fine Art Prints Processing Time:

Please allow 1-2 weeks for all fine art prints to be processed. Each print is made to order and will be shipped in a cardboard tube or an envelope. If your order is framed, please allow 2-4 weeks for shipping.

Original Paintings Shipping:

Please allow 7-10 Days for Originals to packaged and shipped. Each original painting is packaged in a sturdy box for safe transit. If your order is framed, please allow 2-4 weeks for shipping.

International Shipping Policy:

International Shipping costs upon request. 
Original paintings shipped to destinations outside of Germany may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. This is an additional cost to your order for you to expect when the package reaches your country.
Kamila Kamilova Art is not responsible for all duties and taxes if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Orders that are rejected by the buyer upon delivery will not be refunded. Please be aware that international shipping times can be unpredictable and sometimes lengthy.

Damaged or Lost Shipments
Please Contact: art@kamilakamilova.com for any inquiries on damaged or lost packages. We will reach out to the carrier and resolve each issue on a case by case basis to ensure customer satisfaction and replacement of artwork. We are unable to process refunds or resend potentially lost orders until packages have been stuck in transit for the timeframe specified by the carrier to file a claim.
