"When you look at my work, I want you to feel like Alice in Wonderland, momentarily lost in the colors and details, finding new perspectives and joy in the unexpected."

About

Painting a Vibrant Lifestyle

Kamila Kamilova is a German Artist and Interior Designer with Uzbek and Crimean Tatar roots. Born in sunny Uzbekistan, Kamila’s journey into the world of creativity began as a child, when painting became her sanctuary and her first medium of expression. From the beginning, she knew that creativity would shape her life.
Her fascination with form, color, and texture led her to study interior design, where she explored the harmony of space and material. At twenty, Kamila moved to Germany, immersing herself in new perspectives and earning a Master’s Degree in Interior Architecture. For years, she designed three-dimensional spaces, shaping the world around her.
A transformative moment came with the birth of her son. Teaching him to paint rekindled her artistic passion and a childhood dream.
„I went back to what I loved doing as a child and what I dreamed of becoming before I understood too much about modern society. And it feels really good“
Now based in Mainz, Kamila creates vibrant, immersive artworks that evoke positive emotions and encourage viewers to pause, reflect, and explore new perspectives within each vivid layers.

The Essence of Her Art

Kamila’s art is a visual exploration of color and movement—sometimes in the form of intense, flowing textures, other times through soft color transitions reminiscent of cosmic nebulae. She is inspired by the beauty of transformation—whether in nature, the universe, or the human soul.
Each painting expresses change, diversity, and energy. Colors and forms merge, dissolve, and re-emerge—a dynamic interplay between control and spontaneity, structure and freedom. Her work captures the beauty of impermanence and the power of new beginnings.
Kamila shares a lifestyle of vibrant discovery, challenges the gray monotony of everyday life. She works across various techniques, driven by her endless curiosity for new color combinations and forms.
„I need colors to express myself and I want to inspire people with art.“
