Fine Art Prints

All fine art prints are made to order, ensuring the highest quality and attention to detail. As such, they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for change of mind.

In the unlikely event that your print or its frame is damaged during transit:

  1. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide clear photographs of both the damaged packaging before opening it and the damaged print or frame.

If the damage qualifies for a replacement, we will issue a return shipping label. The damaged item must be returned in its original box or tube, after which a replacement will be sent to you.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Original Artworks

Original artworks, including framed pieces, cannot be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind. Each artwork is carefully inspected and packaged to ensure its safe arrival.

If your original artwork or its frame is damaged during transit:

General Notes

We take great care in the creation and packaging of all prints and original artworks. Any issues must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order to qualify for a replacement. Please note that replacements are only available for items damaged in transit and not for natural aging or variations in color due to screen differences.
Artworks naturally age over time due to the materials used, such as paints, chemicals, and canvas, as well as environmental factors. This aging process is a natural characteristic of art and not a defect.
